Description
Braskem is hiring a Catalysis Technical Expert in Lexington, Massachusetts, to lead heterogeneous catalyst research and development, guide project teams, mentor scientists, coordinate interdisciplinary programs, establish catalyst development and scale-up roadmaps, and develop technical capabilities and partnerships. The role requires strong technical and interpersonal skills, a track record in catalyst technology development, and preferably a Ph.D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and at least 15 years of catalyst discovery or development experience. The position is hybrid with less than 10% travel and requires U.S. work eligibility without sponsorship.
