Description
Oracle's Catalyst Foundations program is a 12-week paid work and training program preparing participants for permanent full-time Data Center Technician roles in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data center operations. Trainees perform rack-and-stack, server deployment and hardware upgrades, basic break/fix, network cabling and equipment installation, ticketing and documentation, inventory and logistics, and safety and compliance activities. The program requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer and mathematical skills, physical ability to work in a data center, and availability for non-standard schedules; prior IT experience or a degree is not required. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the stated U.S. hiring range is $13.03 to $24.81 per hour.
