Description
The Catcher is responsible for catching assigned numbers of birds, placing them correctly into cages, following animal welfare guidelines, and accurately counting and recording loaded birds. The role requires putting on required personal protective equipment, performing routine stretches, walking the house, and repeating the catch-and-load process until each cage is full.
