The HSEQ Coordinator will support safety, quality, and environmental procedures in a professional organization in Merksem, working approximately 80% from the office and 20% at sites. The role covers risk analyses, workplace inspections, accident and incident reporting, HSEQ documentation, training, audits, environmental monitoring, compliance, and improvement initiatives. Candidates need a Level 2 Prevention Advisor certificate, experience in a technical, industrial, or operational environment, a VOL-VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one, a category B driving license, fluent Dutch, and strong administrative and analytical skills.
