Buc-ee’s is hiring a Category Analyst in an in-office role in Austin, Texas or Pearland, Texas to analyze and improve major merchandise category performance. The analyst will work across data, pricing, merchandising, suppliers, and in-store execution, building dashboards, conducting competitive and market analysis, supporting SKU rationalization and assortment planning, and turning data into actionable recommendations. The role values strong analytical judgment, advanced Excel, large-dataset experience, and clear communication, and requires either a BA/BS with 2–4 years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
