Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is hiring a Category Analyst for its Europe Marketing team to support the Category Manager in driving performance and operational excellence across the Skin & Fragrance portfolio. The role owns analytics, forecasting, category reporting, NPD performance, launch coordination, sampling and PPUs, competitor analysis, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management, while partnering with commercial, supply chain, and other EU functions. The position reports to the Head of Marketing, EU, offers a hybrid work model, and requires marketing, analytical, commercial, and product or category experience.
