Description
The Category Manager at Chicago Public Schools (CPS) will report to the Director of Procurement Category Management. This full-time, exempt position involves developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, conducting market analysis, and negotiating contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising service quality. The manager will also lead a team of Category Buyers and collaborate with various stakeholders to align procurement efforts with business objectives.
