Description
AAR is hiring a Category Manager in Procurement to own strategic sourcing and end-to-end procurement for real estate, large-scale buildouts and capital expenditures, plant supplies, and other indirect categories. The role leads RFPs, supplier negotiations, supplier selection, contract reviews, performance and risk management, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven sourcing recommendations using spend-management and business intelligence tools. It is based at AAR’s Corporate Headquarters in Wood Dale, Illinois, with a planned relocation to the Merchandise Mart in Chicago in early 2027.
