Description
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop category strategies for active and passive electrical components, lead supplier selection and negotiations, manage supplier performance, drive cost optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires at least five years of sourcing experience, familiarity with sourcing and supplier analytics tools, and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI, Ariba, and SAP. A degree in electrification and automation, supply chain management, or a related field is required, while an advanced degree or professional procurement certification is advantageous.
