ASML is hiring a Regional Category Strategy Manager MLP – Asia to shape long-term supplier strategy for critical semiconductor technologies in Asia. The role leads supplier landscape development, supplier scouting and shortlisting, capability-gap analysis, supplier selection, category strategy execution, risk mitigation, make-buy assessments, and cross-functional alignment with D&E, Research & Technology, and Industrial Strategy. The position is based in Tokyo and requires a master’s or PhD, typically 10–15 years of advanced-technology experience, and strong technical, analytical, strategic, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
