This role involves developing and executing a strategic growth plan, managing the category's profit and loss, utilizing data to inform decisions, shaping auction strategies, ensuring curation excellence, identifying commercial opportunities, building seller relationships, leading a team of experts, collaborating with various departments, and monitoring market trends. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial mind, data-driven approach, excellent people management skills, resilience, networking abilities, and strong communication skills. A background in Asian Art, Tribal Art, or Collectables is a plus.
