Molex is hiring a Category Manager, Non-Metallics in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, to lead the Asia region and support global procurement strategy for non-metallic materials. The role develops sourcing strategies, supplier portfolios, cost and risk controls, analytics, and continuous-improvement initiatives while partnering with engineering, operations, quality, and supply-chain stakeholders. It manages one direct report and requires at least five years of direct-material procurement or sourcing experience and two years of category-management experience, along with a bachelor’s degree and English proficiency.
