Molex is hiring a Category Manager, Non-Metallics to support the Asia region and global procurement strategy for non-metallic materials used across Molex’s worldwide businesses. The role develops category strategies, identifies supply gaps and cost-improvement opportunities, manages supplier portfolios and relationships, supports engineering and operations, and leads cross-regional governance, risk, and continuous-improvement initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of direct-material procurement or sourcing experience, and at least two years of category-management experience; the position is on-site in Rochester Hills, Michigan, with up to approximately 30% global travel.
