Rexel is hiring a permanent, hybrid Category Manager to own the Tools & Consumables category and drive profitable growth through customer-led trading plans, gross margin and rebate management, pricing, promotions, market share, own-brand development, direct sourcing, supplier negotiations, and availability planning. The role requires commercial category management and P&L ownership, analytical decision-making, stakeholder collaboration, and strong negotiation and communication skills. It is based in offices near Birmingham Airport, at branches, and remotely.
