Sensient Technologies is hiring a global Category Manager to lead procurement strategies for direct food ingredients and select indirect spending. The role develops category strategies, manages RFPs, RFQs, supplier selection, contract negotiations, market analysis, and supplier relationships, and partners with R&D, Quality, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders. Candidates should have at least three years of procurement category management experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, a track record of year-over-year savings, and preferably a bachelor’s degree, Excel proficiency, and SAP or JD Edwards experience.
