Turtle is hiring a USA remote Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Category Manager to manage national or regional MRO categories and sub-categories. The role develops category strategy, supports sourcing agreements and supplier selection, negotiates contracts, manages supplier relationships, controls costs, and delivers productivity through price, rebates, value analysis, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least five years of related operations, supply chain, sourcing, or MRO experience, strong negotiation and data-analysis skills, and the ability to travel; a technical degree and CPM are preferred.
