Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is hiring a Category Manager to lead Skincare & Fragrance category performance, portfolio management, strategic growth, forecasting, new product development, pricing, positioning, and launch planning across Europe. The role reports to the Senior Category Manager, EU, and partners with marketing, commercial, global, VM, REOPS, NPD, retail, supply chain, and other functions. Candidates should have marketing experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or fragrance, along with category ownership, commercial and analytical capability, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
