Description
Clorox is hiring a Category Manager to strategically manage and execute sourcing activities across multiple Direct Materials categories, including approximately $100 million in annual Flexible Packaging spend. The role develops category strategies, analyzes market and commodity trends, leads sourcing events and supplier negotiations, manages supplier contracts, and ensures supply continuity while partnering with Business Operations, Procurement Operations, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. The position requires at least five years of experience in a global, matrixed environment, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, manufacturing experience, and strong sourcing, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. It is a hybrid role requiring three days in the office and two days working from home, with U.S. salary ranges of $91,200 to $210,000 depending on the work location.
