Description
Citizens is hiring a Real Estate, Facilities & Retail Network Category Team Manager to lead multi-year sourcing strategies across capital projects, construction, renovations, facilities operations, health, safety and compliance, and retail network operations. The role directs sourcing professionals, develops category value targets, manages suppliers and risk, leads negotiations, advises senior business leaders, and supports resource planning and talent development. It requires at least six years of progressive category management, vendor management, and strategic sourcing experience, along with negotiation, financial modeling, analytical, and executive communication skills. The position offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $139,680 to $248,320 per year plus a discretionary bonus and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
