National Star is hiring a Catering Assistant to provide a full catering service to students in Ullenwood, Cheltenham. This permanent, term-time role runs 40 hours per week for 40 weeks, including alternate weekends and shifts from 7:30am–3:30pm and 10:30am–6:30pm, with possible additional hours or shifts. Duties include food preparation, serving, cleaning equipment and work areas, assisting the chef, and cash handling. Previous catering or kitchen assistant experience is required, ideally in residential care or a school environment, while a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable. The salary is £12.80 per hour with an enhanced weekend rate, and the vacancy closes on 09/10/2026.
