SSA Group, LLC is hiring a Catering Associate to support catered and banquet events by providing guest service, managing product levels and inventory, setting up and breaking down events, performing front-of-house and back-of-house duties, handling catering equipment and supplies, resolving guest issues, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, flexibility, physical ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds, and availability for varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Catering or event-industry experience is a plus, but all educational backgrounds are eligible.
