The Catering Associate supports banquet and catering events by overseeing product quality and inventory, fulfilling guest needs, resolving complaints, setting up and breaking down events, handling front-of-house, back-of-house, and side duties, and supporting rental and catering items. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, equipment operation, physical ability to lift boxes, and availability for varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Catering or event industry experience is a plus, and all educational backgrounds are eligible.
