The role oversees bar setup, execution, breakdown, inventory, product quality, guest service, drink knowledge, safety, and event cleanup, while also performing physical setup and teardown work. Candidates should have strong communication, problem-solving, organization, flexibility, and equipment-operation skills; bartending or event-industry experience is a plus.
