Compass Group is hiring a full-time Catering Captain at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. The role coordinates catering staff schedules, prepares and serves food and beverages, delivers supplies, resolves customer issues, instructs staff, and maintains food safety, sanitation, and presentation standards. Prior supervisory experience is required, and a valid driver's license and applicable food handler or alcohol server permits may be required. The schedule is Monday through Friday in the mornings and afternoons, with pay of $16.50 to $18.50 per hour.
