The role oversees food production, menu development, catering execution, purchasing, inventory, cost control, food safety, kitchen maintenance, and culinary team leadership. Applicants need a culinary degree, an associate degree is preferred, and three to five years of culinary management experience, including high-volume catering and event experience. The position pays $100,000–$110,000 annually plus an annual performance bonus opportunity of up to 20% of base salary.
