Api Restauration is hiring a full-time Catering Manager for its restaurant in a senior living facility in Wintzenheim, Haut-Rhin, France. The role supervises two team members, manages kitchen operations, budgets, orders, hygiene, menu preparation, and customer service, and requires hospitality or catering qualifications, significant contract-catering experience, culinary and HACCP knowledge, and leadership skills. The position pays €2,400 to €2,600 gross per month plus bonuses and a 13th-month salary, with a schedule from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and one weekend off every two weeks.
