Api Restauration is hiring a full-time Catering Manager (M/F) for a medico-social restaurant serving 80 covers in Lons-le-Saunier, with a two-person team. The role oversees culinary service quality, restaurant budgeting, ordering, inventory, food-cost ratios, month-end closing, HACCP compliance, production, and goods receipt.
