Api Restauration is hiring a full-time Catering Manager for a nursing home in Reims, Marne, France. The role manages a two-person kitchen team, oversees orders and hygiene, prepares seasonal homemade meals, and serves approximately 50 meals. The position offers a permanent contract, €2,200–€2,400 gross monthly salary plus bonuses and 13th-month pay, and a rotating schedule with every other weekend off. Hospitality or catering qualifications, significant catering experience, culinary and HACCP knowledge, team leadership, organizational skills, and customer service orientation are preferred or required.
