Description
The Catering Manager will support the organization, coordination, and optimization of day-to-day catering operations at the conference center and wedding location, independently run events, serve guests, conduct service briefings, manage materials and equipment, deliver food and beverages, and process event billing. The role requires hospitality vocational training, extensive wedding and corporate-event service experience, weekend and evening availability, German and English skills, a class B driver’s license, and strong service, analytical, administrative, and independent-working skills. It is initially limited to two years, offers a long-term career perspective, and pays approximately €43,000.
