Concord Hospitality is hiring a Catering Services Manager to provide customer service to internal partners and external clients, manage pre-event, event, and post-event details, and coordinate room blocks, meeting spaces, concessions, contracts, event orders, billing, and other group and event information. The role requires knowledge of food and beverage products, hotel function spaces, audio-visual services, and strong time-management and organizational skills.
