Description
The Cardiovascular Service Line Leader provides leadership and direction to cardiovascular service lines and may provide clinical care in the Cath Lab. Responsibilities include managing administrative and clinical functions across the cath lab, stress, and ECHO areas; staffing; budgets; compliance; quality patient care; and hiring, firing, and disciplining staff. The role requires Cath Lab Technician or Cath Lab Registered Nurse experience, two years of Cath Lab experience, current licensure or certification, and BLS; a BSN or equivalent experience is preferred.
