Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting, operations strategy, or data analysis, with demonstrated ability to operate in a regulated environment.
Proven track record building or improving operational processes end-to-end, from design through implementation and ongoing measurement.
Direct experience with outsourcing governance and/or third-party risk management in a regulated financial services setting, including maintaining documentation, controls, SLAs, and governance records.
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into structured workplans and execute against them with minimal oversight.
Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
