Clarvida is hiring a CBRS/Case Manager for its Treatment Support Services program in Boise, Idaho. The role provides weekly community-based and in-home skill-building and behavioral health support to clients ages 5 through adult, helping them develop coping strategies, independence, life skills, and access to community resources. Responsibilities include documentation, collaboration with clinicians and community partners, and flexible scheduling.
