The role leads the development, implementation, and governance of advanced analytics solutions to improve business performance, customer experience, operational efficiency, and ROI measurement, while coaching a team of analysts and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. The position requires extensive analytics and financial services experience, supervisory experience, strong communication, project management, and working knowledge of SAS and Microsoft Office.
