Deloitte is hiring a CCaaS x AI Manager, Technical Transformation to lead the architecture, engineering, and delivery of cloud-based contact center and Generative AI solutions. The role translates client requirements into AWS-based technical architectures, manages delivery from design through production support, partners with client and internal stakeholders, and mentors practitioners. Candidates need at least eight years of relevant technology consulting, software engineering, cloud architecture, or enterprise solution delivery experience, including four years designing, building, deploying, and supporting AWS solutions in production, plus a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. The role may require travel up to 50% and offers a disclosed base salary range of $144,000 to $241,000.
