Description
Citi is hiring a Managing Director to lead and grow its Commercial Banking business in the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the Head of Europe, Middle East & Africa for Commercial Banking with a matrix report to the UAE Chief Commercial Officer, the role owns the business strategy, client P&L, market share, credit portfolio quality, pricing, governance, and team management. The position requires corporate or commercial banking experience, P&L management, credit risk and deal structuring expertise, strong client and leadership skills, and English proficiency; UAE market knowledge and an MBA or equivalent qualification are preferred.
