Description
The VITAS Healthcare CCC Clinical Trainer facilitates and supports the training, education, and ongoing development of PCCs, LPNs, and RNs during their initial 90 days and beyond. The role includes developing training materials, delivering group and one-on-one instruction, monitoring new-hire calls and data processing, coaching agents, evaluating orientation and competency completion, and participating in quality assurance and calibration activities. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant training experience, two years of clinical RN experience, an associate degree in nursing, and an active RN license.
