Description
The Highway Operations Control Operator monitors highway traffic and operations through CCTV, variable message signs, sensors, and other tools; records and follows incidents through resolution; dispatches support teams; communicates with field teams and external agencies; maintains operational data; and supports information dissemination to users. The role requires high school education, basic computer and monitoring-system knowledge, shift availability, and is performed on-site in the Jardim Maracanã neighborhood on a 2x2 shift schedule.
