Description
Wave is hiring an Agent Operations Lead to grow and manage its agent network across the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role owns agent performance, liquidity, acquisition, quality, compliance, fraud and operational risk, analytics, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional execution, while leading regional leads and field teams. The position is regional and may be based in Kinshasa, Kongo Central, Bandundu, or other DRC locations, requires work authorization in the country, and involves travel of up to 70%. Candidates need at least five years of agent-network experience in mobile money, finance, fintech, telecommunications, or technology, two years of field-team leadership experience, fluency in English and French, and a secondary degree or equivalent.
