Black Semiconductor is hiring a CD-SEM Expert to operate, optimize, and maintain critical-dimension scanning electron microscope metrology tools for semiconductor wafers. The role supports process control, yield improvement, advanced-node development, tool troubleshooting, vendor coordination, metrology reporting, training, and backup engineering support. Candidates need an engineering background, at least five years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, hands-on CD-SEM experience in a fab, data-analysis skills, cleanroom capability, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
