Anew is hiring a SUD Case Manager to provide comprehensive, client-centered support and coordination of care for individuals facing substance use challenges. The role assesses client needs, develops individualized service plans, manages case assignments, advocates for clients, collaborates with therapists and family members, supports daily living skills, and maintains documentation and billing practices. The position reports to a Substance Operations Manager, does not supervise staff, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and offers flexible scheduling with benefits including weekly pay, paid time off, company-paid holidays, and benefits eligibility on the start date.
