Anew is hiring a Behavioral Health Case Manager to coordinate and provide safe, timely, effective, and client-centered care for individuals facing mental health challenges. The role manages case assignments, develops and reviews individualized service plans, advocates for clients, collaborates with therapists and family members, supports independence and daily living skills, and maintains CARF, CMS, documentation, and billing practices. The position reports to an Operations Manager, does not supervise staff, requires a high school diploma or equivalent and CDCA/Case Management certification, and offers flexible scheduling with benefits.
