Description
The Hotel Floor Manager assists the General Manager in the daily management of the hotel floor, including team training and management, room and public-area quality and cleanliness, scheduling and task allocation, hygiene, safety, and quality standards, and coordination with other services. The role also manages and animates the floor and laundry staff. A hotel or tourism management diploma is ideal, similar experience is preferred, and French and English are required; MS Office, email, and Opera are listed as computer skills.
