Description
The Manage Business Process (MBP) Governance role supports the definition, deployment, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of ST’s Manage Business Process within its Enterprise Management System. The role coordinates the MBP community, facilitates workshops and training, supports process owners and stakeholders, and contributes to business process analysis and digitalization. It requires familiarity with high-tech industry practices, at least five years of experience in that domain, process governance knowledge, business analysis capabilities, leadership and training skills, modern technological proficiency, and fluent professional English.
