The Travel Fleet is hiring a refrigerated freight driver to operate within a 250-mile radius of Shelbyville, Indiana, with occasional runs into Illinois and Ohio. The role involves an average of 10 stops per week, pallet-jack unloads, and an average 8-hour workday. Drivers stay out for 4 to 6 weeks, then work five days at home, with flights arranged and paid by the company. Compensation includes 90 CPM, stop pay, per-load pay, average weekly and annual earnings, a sign-on and performance bonus, and a pay increase after one year. The position requires a valid Class A CDL and minimum experience based on company hiring guidelines.
