Upstate Niagara Cooperative is hiring full-time Drivers for local deliveries in the Rochester area. The role involves delivering to all classes of trade using a hand cart and/or power jack, completing paperwork, and performing minor physical labor, including regularly lifting 40–50 pounds. The position offers 40–45 hours per week, overtime after 40 hours, a 40-hour pay guarantee, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and other paid time off. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and comply with DOT regulations, including ELD, pre-employment and random drug screens, physicals, safe driving practices, and pre/post-trip inspections.
