Description
The CDL Belly Dump Driver transports bulk materials such as gravel, sand, and asphalt to construction and industrial sites using a commercial vehicle with a belly dump trailer. The role includes safe vehicle operation, pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections, loading and unloading materials, maintaining delivery records, coordinating with dispatch and site personnel, and complying with transportation regulations. A Class A or B CDL with appropriate endorsements, a clean driving record, DOT physical and drug screening eligibility, and belly dump trailer experience are required; construction material delivery experience, GPS and ELD familiarity, mechanical aptitude, and flexible scheduling are preferred.
