160 Driving Academy is hiring a CDL Class A Instructor Trainer to teach students hands-on Class A driving skills in outdoor yards, including pre-trip inspections, yard maneuvers, and on-road driving. The role works with a team of instructors and a Lead Instructor, maintains training records, reports incidents, supports yard upkeep, and may cover other regional yards. It is local, hands-on work with a typical Monday-through-Friday schedule, with possible seven-day work and occasional travel. Compensation is $28-$30 hourly plus performance bonuses, with medical and dental coverage, paid time off, relocation assistance, and a career path toward regional management.
