160 Driving Academy is hiring a CDL Class A Instructor Trainer to teach students hands-on Class A driving skills in outdoor yards, including pre-trip inspections, yard maneuvers, and on-road driving. The role is based at a designated yard, requires local hands-on work, and may involve occasional coverage at other regional yards. Responsibilities include preparing students for first-attempt CDL testing, tracking attendance and progress, maintaining training records, reporting incidents, supporting the curriculum, and keeping the yard presentable.
