Description
The CDL Driver safely operates tractor and trailer rigs under DOT regulations to transport equipment and crews to job sites, including Step Deck, flatbed, RGN, and dry van trailers. The role includes pre- and post-trip inspections, electronic logging, load securement, loading and unloading, forklift and other equipment operation, and coordination of heavy equipment movement. It also includes rigging, tarping, tie-down, and other construction-site material-handling duties, with a requirement to drive home daily from the regional work area.
